A botanist’s delight

Dustin@GardenOfFriends.com

It’s spring.

At sunrise,
heather grey clouds
float in the morning sky
and a cool crispness surprises.

Somehow,
the apparently veiled Sun continues
to faithfully rebuild the universe for itself.

Sunlight arrives on roses
that are now fully exposed,
silently inviting whosoever will,

I come.

Pink, orange and yellow beams,
golden rays whose vibrancy is enhanced
by drops of rain that are leftover
from sudden summer showers.

In oneness, they flow
joyfully and causelessly
from inside
it’s anatomy.

Flow on,
Be one,
Be all,
Be you.
