Three layers:
- Physical,
- psychological,
- awareness…
The psychological layer exists only because of a thinking error, a deeply ingrained belief, unexamined.
There is first-hand knowledge, based on experience, and second-hand knowledge, based on hearsay, belief, assumption.
Second-hand can be useful in the world, but only first-hand knowledge is yours, can end suffering.
