Twofold Buddha nature. Thinking our current state of mind is not the Buddha Mind we seek, is to deny that ice is really water. To deny that what we see and experience is not the Buddha Nature we seek to know, is to deny that water is really ice. They often say, “the one you are looking for is the one who is looking”, but rarely is it said “that which you are looking at, is also the one who is looking at it.”
