A gem.
The way is simple for those who do not set this apart from that.
This ordinary mind reveals the extraordinary when it is not-knowing.
The duality that arises from the mind is a mirage that has no real significance.
You are the totality appearing as the many things.
You have never been a thing. There are no things outside of the ignorant mind.
Such is the mystery of your very being.
You touch everything but nothing touches you.
As far as I know, studies conducted about the effect of LSD on the brain have demonstrated that LSD significantly reduces brain activity and yet, the psychedelic experience is very ‘rich’ in its content.
This is a very significant finding which, alongside the NDE experience, may lead us to relax our worries about ‘our ending’ upon the death of the body/mind/brain.
In the non-dual circles, the rishis have expressed that the death of the illusory me is a very liberating experience which opens the door to happiness, celebration and contemplation.
The cause of all fears is not believing thoughts are real. Rather, it is believing that you are a separate-limited entity.
In the absence of such a belief, in the absence of any beliefs about what you are, thoughts take on an innocuous form and are no longer disturbing.
Turn your attention to what you believe yourself to be. If anything arises, ask yourself what is the evidence of this belief.
You will find no valid evidence.
Upon this repeated inquiry, you will find the belief in separation weakening and arising less and less. It is upon the thinning out of all beliefs about what you are that consciousness shines without any veil.
Space appears as perception. The concept of distance between so-called objects (also conceptually defined via thought and language).
Time appears as thought. Thought A preceding thought B. Recollection. Memory. This morning breakfast is a current thought referring to time.
Both time and space are one dimension which is the dimensionless essence of consciousness.
Thanks, Holger.
I recall in 1973, reading slowly, very slowly the Tao Te Ching and going into a deep contemplation of the underlying meaning.
The words of the sages carry a resonance. The resonance of truth, the resonance of our true nature.
Thanks for this posting.

These videos about plants đą are fascinating. Sentience as it relates to plants is now better comprehended.
When we contemplate the subatomic structure of phenomena, a deeper understanding about the meaning of sentience is possible.
The infinite invisible aspect of reality does not leave anything untouched.
A deeper and a different exploration will reveal that not only Gods touch is everywhere but that there is nothing outside of this universal reality.
In religious terms: All is God. Only God is.
In non-religious Advaitic terms: There is one reality. Thus non-duality, Advaita.
