Yes, Holger. Whatever we become aware of is simply a pale colouring of our blemishless True Nature. It’s this Pristine state that illuminates so effectively anything that appears within it. In this Emptiness the tiniest appearance can seem momentous. But the tiny appearance is – to borrow a fighting term – punching way above its weight. Rupert again, by TKO! (Truth Knock Out).
I don’t see the point of incorporating. A fellowship seeking deeper understanding of nonduality has no need to protect itself from litigation or to establish itself in commerce, especially for-profit commerce.
Of course, if it’s just a playful game, a fun way to spend time, then who cares? Don’t stop with incorporation. Send out press releases. Put up posters. Announce the group to the press. Invite Magdi and Roger to be on your Board of Directors. See if you can get schools to offer courses in nonduality with you as the teachers. Have fun in the relative. Why not?
Holger et al., I’m presently engaged in an adversarial proceeding that promises to end by August 1st (in 3 months). After it, I will be available and at your service to create a California non-profit corporation, and to seek its Federal IRS tax-beneficial status; if some group (consider 3-5 initial founding Directors) desire to do so. It can be a group/corporation related to the Garden, or not. Love to you.
The reality of all seeming-happenings is beyond the duality of happening and non-happening.
The impression of happening is God’s dream.
Only God is real. There is no separate happenings outside of God’s mind.
I am is not a perception. It is an apperception. I am refers to the undeniability of beingness, universal beingness.
I am aware refers to the undeniability of knowingness/awareness, the knowing aspect of reality. Universal knowingess.
In neo advaita, I am as well as I am aware are denied. Neo advaita throws the baby with the bathwater. It is a sort of heresy.
That is a very long essay lauding this meeting, supported by Magdi. It is not what I found here. I found a persistent attack by Holger, forcing teachings on me when I had indicated that I did not want to be taught. Like others in the past, I found it necessary to leave and find more pleasant, welcoming, open, and less conditioned friends elsewhere. I apologize for posting this comment, but I felt it appropriate.
Dear David, do you remember Mooji saying (paraphrased):
I can tell you a thousand times that I love you, but when I say one time “hmmm, I have a little doubt” then this is what mind latches onto.
David, how often were you the first in the meetings, for months!
Who cares about superficial pleasantness when it is only used to hide from the unexamined pain and confusion of the separate “me” identity?
On the surface of the ocean, there is movement. But the ocean does not move. There is no separate entity in reality. There is one reality which is the reality of awareness/consciousness.
This understanding is available to all of us equally and awaits our acceptance.
Once we say yes, it is as if we have pressed the download button. The download is initiated and takes a certain time to complete.
